I super duper love Fall. It’s one of my four favorite seasons. Yeah. I like them all. Even, begrudgingly, winter. I like winter because there isn’t so much pressure to do stuff. It’s cold and dark and the grocery store cashiers don’t expect me to be outdoorsy (this is a thing in the Pacific Northwest).
But then there are “The Holidays”. And all of a sudden the the expectations are back on the table.
And if you’re like me, the frenzied consumption of the months of November and December might make you feel like this:
YOU FEEL ME?
So I came up with a pretty cool solution last year and it went so well that I’m going to do it again this year. I gather up a group of people who are in NO MOOD to sacrifice their physical or mental health while everyone loses their collective minds and digestive clarity, we meet once a week by conference call, and we create a sweet chill-the-fuck-out space where we talk about boundaries around socializing and bingeing and other relative things.
We are going to focus on peace, on joy, and on maintaining a legitimate sense of balance so we don’t have to start all over exhausted in the new year.
I would love to have you join us! Click for more info and to sign up!
And don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions about whether it’s right for you. Just email me!
