Here it is, Darling.
What you should eat.
Are you tired at the end of the day and have no idea where to start with menu planning?
Do you want to eat healthy, but don’t want to spend all of your time in the kitchen?
Are the millions of recipes on the internet too overwhelming?
Do you love looking at recipes, but the organization it takes to shop and actually cook them feels like too much?
Are you confounded by what you “should” and “shouldn’t” be eating that you just end up choosing fast or frozen foods?
This service is tailor made just for you.
Here is how it works:
A Year of Recipes. Each month you get (at least) 5 fresh, new recipes (either created or carefully curated by me). The year revolves starting each December with some revisions. It’s like that cookbook on your shelf that you love but never open. Getting a few seasonal recipes from the same book in your inbox is a helpful reminder. It’s just enough new ideas alongside some healthy repetition to help you build an easy cooking repertoire. So much support. Finally.
An easy-to-print shopping list to support those recipes.
The Getting Started Kit which includes Pantry Staples List, Kitchen Tool Kit, and a treatise on setting up a clean, spacious, and enjoyable kitchen.
Lifetime access to the amazing and active Feed Me Darling’s private Facebook group where you can connect with me regularly, as well as other like-minded people for support, community, and laughing. (value ma$$ive)
“This community, and its forum for healthy (in many senses) discussion and thought, is a wonderful space. The conversations I’ve had and seen here have been so valuable for my wellbeing. This level of discussion on these issues is something I don’t really get outside of this group and something I am hugely grateful for.” – Natalya Pemberton
“It is not often that you find an online community that encourages such diverse approaches to nourishment: from the ridiculous to the sublime, with audacity and tenderness, Meg cultivates a support system unlike any other.” – Rachael Rice
BONUS – a copy of Salad Alchemy (value $4.99)
Recipes are all fresh, seasonal, mostly plant based (for vegans: I do occasional use honey, egg, or bit of cheese, but these recipes are easy to modify).
No more overwhelming internet searches for the right thing. No more wondering if it’s really healthy. No more worrying about finding the easiest, healthiest, most delicious and seasonal recipes for you and your family.
You get to leave all of that work to me. Which means relief for you.
Here are just a few of the things we have cooked so far:
Yum, right? So what are you waiting for?
Any questions at all, email me – firstname.lastname@example.org. I’m looking so forward to feeding you.
